Beginner's Matcha Organic is a refined olive green tea from Japan with a subtle bitter taste. It is produced exclusively from young tea leaves that, according to tradition, are hand-picked in early May (the first harvest), after the bushes have been shaded for 3 weeks. Beginner's Matcha is also very suitable for culinary use.
