Properties

immune system.
It also helps maintain normal bones and teeth and normal
muscle functioning.

How to Take

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal.

Cholecalciferol, Vitamin D3 100 µg (4000 IU), 2000% VRN*

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements are not
