How to buy?

Buying from Herbalista is very simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. View the product(s) you are interested in. Click on the item to enlarge the image and see information about it: description, composition, use, warnings and price.
  2. Select an item and add it to your shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or process your order.
  3. If you wish to process your order, you have the option of doing so by registering or completing the purchase without registering.
  4. Choose a delivery method.
  5. Select a payment method.
  6. Confirm your order.
  7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

General information

Will I receive the same item I see in the photo? Yes.

What should I do if I receive a defective item? If, exceptionally, you receive a defective item, you should contact us. (In the event of a return, we will not refund the amount corresponding to the shipping costs)

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? If you receive an item you did not order by mistake, please contact us. (In the event of a return, we will not refund the shipping costs)

What payment method can I use to make my purchases?

We have the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Payment of Services at Multibanco, PayShop and MBWAY.

Why might my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card has expired. Check the expiration date of your card.
  • The card limit has been reached. Check with your bank to make sure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make your purchases.

The data entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. To pay with credit and debit cards, you must enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that is used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc. - never at a PO box).

Can the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?

The country of delivery must always match the country of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is 3 working days*

* The mentioned deadline does not apply to the Azores and Madeira

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

MAINLAND PORTUGAL

  • Delivery within 3 working days: 3.25 EUR
  • Delivery within 24h: 4,50 EUR
  • Purchases over 30 EUR: Free Shipping

ISLANDS

  • Delivery within 3 working days: 10 EUR
  • Delivery within 24h: 17 EUR
