Description

Organic Açaí Powder is an unprocessed product made from the small purple berries of the açaí palm tree, the fruit of a tropical palm tree found mainly in the Amazon region of South America. The pulp of the berries is eaten daily by the local population, who consider it a delicate food. In addition to having a unique flavor, the berries are valued for their high nutritional value. The açaí berries used by Biotona are of Brazilian origin and 100% organically grown. Immediately after being harvested, and following a rigorous selection process, the berries are freeze-dried and ground into a powder, which, in terms of flavor, aroma and color, resembles fresh fruit. How to Use
