How to use
Oral route: 1 to 2 drops, 2 x per day. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea.
Cutaneous route: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or depending on the size of the room.
Massage oil for heavy legs: Rosemary EO 2 drops, Helichrysum EO 1 gt and Peppermint EO 2 gts. To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of a vegetable oil of your choice.

Naturally contains d-limonene. Do not use in cases of epilepsy.
