INGREDIENTS
Concentrated dry extract of Griffonia simplicifolia , Griffonia (min. content 20% 5-HTP); glazing agent: HPMC (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose); GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate; concentrated dry extract of Passiflora incarnata , Passionflower; concentrated dry extract of Camellia sinensis , Green Tea (min. content 40% L-Theanine, 3% EGCG); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; stabiliser: silicon dioxide; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
HOW TO TAKE
Take 2 capsules a day, with main meals, with a glass of water.

WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended for people under 18 years of age. The product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity, allergy and when interactions of another product with any of the constituents of this formulation are described.
It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. It should not be consumed if you consume other products containing Green Tea on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800mg of EGCG.
