Hair and Nails

Hair and Nails is a natural nutritional complex that contains zinc in chelate form (maximum bioavailability), which contributes to the beauty and health of hair and nails. Biotin (or vitamin H) supports the maintenance of normal hair, vitamin B6 supports normal protein metabolism, while vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation. It also contains organic silicon extract from bamboo, a hydrolysed type 1 collagen (Naticol®), Arginine, MSM and the sulphur amino acids L-cysteine ​​and L-methionine.

How to take

Take 1 to 2 tablets a day during meals with a little water or fruit juice.

Warnings
