Organic Cacao Nibs are derived from the beans of Theobroma cacao, a small tree that grows in the fertile soils of the South American rainforests. Cacao was originally used by the Aztecs and Mayans in spiritual rituals. It was introduced to Europe by Spanish colonizers. Organic Cacao Nibs from Peru are obtained by coarsely grinding fermented, sun-dried, organically grown cacao beans. This process produces deliciously crunchy cacao nibs that are 100% pure and unprocessed, free of additives and packed with all their original natural phytonutrients. How to use
