Properties

Camu Camu + Acerola Raw Bio is a blend of acerola and freeze-dried camu camu powder. Acerola or Caribbean cherry is highly valued for its high vitamin C content, as well as other phytonutrients. Camu Camu is a red-purple fruit that grows on leafy bushes that can reach 5 m and that cover the marshy banks of the Amazon River in South America. Several studies have shown that camu camu can contain up to 2% of its weight in vitamin C, depending on the degree of ripeness. Camu Camu + Acerola Raw comes from 100% organic Brazilian acerola and Peruvian camu camu. After being harvested and rigorously selected, the berries are transformed into powder through a freeze-drying process, which preserves to the maximum the flavor, smell and color of the fresh fruit, as well as all the substances and phytonutrients that occur naturally in them.

How to use

Add 5 to 10 g (2 to 4 teaspoons) of Camu Camu + Acerola Raw Bio daily to smoothies or shakes in combination with fruit (juices) or another superfood, (plant) milk or yogurt. 5 to 10 g (2 to 4 teaspoons) per day. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

Per daily dose of 10 g: camu camu powder from Peru (7.5 g)*, acerola from Brazil (2.5 g)*, of which 500 mg vitamin C (625% of the Nutrient Reference Value). *ingredients from organic farming (Myrciaria dubia, Malpighia glabra)
