How to take
1 to 2 sticks per day. Mix the contents of one stick into fruit juice, coffee, soup or other drink, such as yogurt or smoothie.

Warnings
It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25ºC), dry place and away from light. People suffering from kidney failure should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day, due to the risk of hyperoxaluria, among others.
