Properties

Plant-based nutritional supplement and nutrients. Osteo total contains Aquamin, a 100% natural “whole food” mineral complex extracted from red algae, rich in calcium characterized by excellent bioavailability. Calcium, which is essential for the preservation of a solid skeletal system, is here supplemented by vitamins D and K. Vitamin D supports a normal calcium and phosphorus intake . Osteo total contains vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 (K2VITAL Delta) a double-coated microcapsule. This synergy is completed by the addition of bioavailable forms of magnesium, manganese and zinc. Manganese supports the normal formation of connective tissue (such as cartilage) and, like zinc and vitamin C, contributes to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation.

How to take

Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, during meals with a little water.
