Properties

Native to North America, cranberries are red berries with a sour taste that grow on shrubs that like acidic soils. Organic cranberries are an extract that is 5 times more concentrated. They are delicious as a topping, in smoothies or milkshakes, combined with another superfood, or as a refreshing addition to mineral or sparkling water.

How to take

Take 15 to 30 ml per day with 200 ml of water or fruit juice.
