Properties

Food supplement consisting of a complex of standardized plant extracts, associated with 1.9 mg of Melatonin, intended for adults with difficulty falling asleep and complaints of poor quality sleep, including frequent nocturnal awakenings, associated with tension and anxiety. It can also be recommended for
reduce the symptoms of jet lag after long-haul travel, as well as for professionals who work shifts and may have difficulty falling asleep due to changes in their usual sleep-wake rhythms. Deep Sleep plant extracts are traditionally used and are known to be effective in relieving stress and anxiety. These plants also help to reduce nighttime awakenings, improving the quality of sleep and making it more restful. Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and helps to combat the symptoms associated with jet lag, when taken close to bedtime.

How to take

Take 29 drops a day, diluted in water or tea, 15 minutes before going to bed. Shake well before use. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to take this product after eliminating all light sources, including those from televisions and cell phones.
