Properties

DeepSleep Bioceutica food supplement consisting of a complex of standardized plant extracts, combined with 1.9 mg of Melatonin, intended for adults with difficulty falling asleep and complaints of poor quality sleep, including frequent nighttime awakenings, associated with tension and anxiety. It can also be recommended to reduce the symptoms of Jet Lag after long-haul travel, as well as for professionals who work shifts and may have difficulty falling asleep caused by changes in their usual sleep-wake rhythms. Deep Sleep plant extracts are traditionally used and their effectiveness is recognized in relieving stress and anxiety, an effect enhanced by the presence of vitamin B6. These plants also help to reduce nighttime awakenings, improving the quality of sleep and making it more restful. Melatonin reduces the time needed to fall asleep and helps to combat the symptoms associated with Jet Lag, when taken close to bedtime.

How to take

1 capsule per day, taken before going to bed with a little water. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to take this product about half an hour before going to bed, eliminating all light sources, including those from the television and mobile phone.

Melatonin 1.9 mg; Dry extract of Passiflora incarnata , Passionflower (leaves and flowers) 250 mg; Dry extract of Eschscholzia californica , California poppy (aerial parts) 150 mg; Dry extract of Valeriana officinalis , Valerian (root) 125 mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg.
