Sweeteners: malitol, sorbitol; water; gelling agent: pectin; acidifier: citric acid; dry extract of Withania somnifera root and leaves, Ashwagandha; dry extract of Matricaria recutita flower, Chamomile; dry extract of Melissa officinalis leaf, Lemon balm; dry extract of Lavandula angustifolia flower, Lavender; colorant (E-163); acidity corrector: trisodium citrate; dry extract of Valeriana officinalis root, Valerian; coconut vegetable oil; aroma; melatonin; anti-caking agent: carnauba wax.

How to take

Take 1 gummy a day, half an hour before bed.
