E-Magress MK is an ideal supplement to weight loss regimes in cases of irregular bowel movements. It contains cascara sagrada and boldo, which help maintain bowel regularity. Grapefruit extract contains bioflavonoids that help protect cells against free radicals. Cereal fibers support the frequency and number of bowel movements, also facilitating the maintenance of intestinal flora suitable for proper bowel function.
How to take
Take 1 tablet 15 minutes before your two main meals (lunch and dinner), with a large glass of water. If necessary, 2 tablets can be taken 15 minutes before dinner.

Warnings
Do not exceed recommended doses. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
