Description

Lemon balm is a well-known aromatic herb. The fresh citrus aroma of its essential oil helps combat stress and its consequences, including insomnia. This oil also supports digestion in cases of bloating. Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits, etc. Physalis essential oils are botanically and biochemically defined. They are free from chemical treatment, unmodified, unadulterated, undiluted, unrectified and unreconstituted.

How to use

Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea.

Cutaneous route: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Naturally contains: linalool

Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or depending on the size of the room.
