Breathe freely. Contains 12 essential oils with the power to soften and soothe the throat and airways. Power to decongest the nose.

How to use

Oral route: take 1 to 2 drops twice a day, diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea.

Cutaneous route: massage and bath 5 to 10 drops mixed in 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference and the size of the room.
