PROPERTIES

Ferro Activ is an iron-based dietary supplement that contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. This action is reinforced by the presence of folate and vitamin B-12. The presence of vitamin C, in addition to its many other benefits, plays a fundamental role in the absorption of iron, making it more efficient and complete. Furthermore, the use of iron in the form of bisglycinate prevents the gastric discomfort usually associated with iron supplements. In addition, this combination of iron and vitamins contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

HOW TO TAKE

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach, with a glass of water.

Iron (207.1% NRV*) 29 mg, Vitamin C (99.5% NRV*) 80 mg, Folate, Folic Acid (99% NRV*) 199 yg, Vitamin B12 (100% NRV*) 2.5 yg.

Cornstarch and Maltodextrin Blend, Iron (Ferrous Bisglycinate), Capsule Coating Components (Hydropropylmethylcellulose), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Anti-Caking Agents (Cellulose, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Magnesium Silicate), Berry Mix (Berries), Folate (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

WARNINGS

It is advisable not to take milk, calcium, antacids and/or caffeinated foods at the same time as iron supplements.
