Properties

Happy Mama offers a complete formulation with vitamins and minerals to help you and your (future) baby to live this period in an optimal way. It contains Quatrefolic, a biologically active form of folic acid or 5-MTHF (linked to glucosamine). This form is immediately usable by the body, without undergoing any type of metabolism, unlike other forms of folic acid. Folate contributes to the normal growth of tissues in (future) mothers (uterus and placenta). Active vitamin B12 (MecobalActive , a very pure form of methylcobalamin), vitamin C and iron help to reduce fatigue. Iron is involved in the formation of red blood cells and cell division, as is vitamin D. Iodine supports cognitive function and normal growth in children. It also contains choline (VitaCholine ) which contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. It can be used together with Physalis Omega 3 forte.

How to take

1 tablet per day. Take during a meal with a little water.
