Properties

During school exam periods, memory and concentration are put to the test. IQ Balance DAY Contains extracts of two Ayurvedic plants, bacopa (Brahmi) and Indian ginseng (KSM-66 Ashwagandha ), which together help to overcome stressful situations. Bacopa (Bacognize ), like Ginkgo biloba and zinc, support memory and concentration . Ashwagandha and maca have a positive effect on mental performance and endurance. B vitamins stimulate the normal functioning of the nervous system, while vitamin C and magnesium combat fatigue . Contains lemon balm extract (Bluenesse), which contributes to mental balance and normal cognitive function.

How to take

2 x 1 tablet per day. Take during meals with a little water.
