Properties

Kale Raw is made from Brassica oleracea acephala or kale. This very old cabbage, whose central leaves do not form the typical export head, is considered the queen of green vegetables, because it contains a veritable arsenal of phytonutrients! Kale was discovered by scientists and is now very fashionable in nutrition and health matters. The plants used to produce Biotona powder are grown in Poland, 100% organically. After being harvested and selected, they are immediately reduced to powder through a freeze-drying process that preserves the taste, smell and color of the fresh vegetable. The drying process also ensures that the nutrients and phytonutrients naturally present in the berries are preserved in the powder.

Use

Add Kale Raw Bio to smoothies or shakes in combination with fruit (juices) or other superfoods, milk (plant-based), yogurt or water. This way you can add a healthy ingredient to all your favorite dishes.
