Description

Lemon oil is a stimulant and improves concentration. The vapors of lemon oil purify the air and keep the mind alert. How to use

Oral route: 2 x a day 1 to 2 drops. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea.

Via question: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Naturally contains: d-limonene, linalool, citral, geraniol.

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or depending on the size of the room.
