How to use
Oral route:2 x a day 1 to 2 drops. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea.
Via question:massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Naturally contains: linalool, d-limonene, farnesol, geraniol, citral
Diffusion:5 to 10 drops according to your preference or depending on the size of the room.
