Properties

Bioceutica food supplement with interesting features to increase the body's natural response capacity to stress. Contains valerian and passionflower, which help with stress and nervous tension, and chamomile, which contributes to calm and relaxation. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the Nervous System. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

How to take

Take 1 Singepack per day, preferably in the morning, before breakfast, diluted in a good glass of water (about 200 ml).

Warnings

Contains sweeteners. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Contains salicylates. There is a risk of drug interaction with aspirin, ticlopidine, antiplatelet and anticoagulant agents, and also with MAO inhibitors. Do not exceed the recommended doses unless advised by a healthcare professional. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Due to the lack of studies confirming the safety of use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, this supplement should not be used in these situations, unless medically indicated. The product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity, allergy and when there are interactions described between another product and any of the components of the formulation.
