NERVOCALM TISANA

Bioceutica sells several references of simple plants and compound tisanes. Our brand's teas are prepared from highly selected medicinal and aromatic plants, without additives or preservatives. They are packaged in cellophane bags and their weight can vary between 50g/100g or 150g.

Preparation mode

1- Pour 3 tablespoons into a liter of cold water.

2- Bring to the boil and let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove and leave to infuse.

3- After straining, take 3 times a day, approximately half an hour before main meals, warm or cold, with or without sugar or sweetener.

Composition

Chicory, plant ( Cichorium intybus ) 10%, Hawthorn, tops ( Crataegus monogyna ) 20%, Orange, flower ( Citrus aurantium ) 20%, Passionflower, plant ( Passiflora incarnata ) 10%, Valerian, root ( Valeriana officinalis ) 10%.

Warnings

In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor beforehand. Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and heat.
