Properties

Food supplement based on organic Cannabis sativa seed oil, extracted by cold pressing. On average, hemp seeds contain around 30% oil rich in essential fatty acids and a THC content of <0.2%, making them completely safe. Hemp seed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid (omega-6) and linolenic acid (omega-3). In fact, this oil contains polyunsaturated essential fatty acids in a ratio of approximately 3:1, which is widely recognized by doctors and nutritionists as the most beneficial for health.

How to take

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning, with a glass of water.
