Nutrient-based food supplement. Physalis Omega 3 Ultra contains polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA (48%) and DHA (32%) in a natural EPA/DHA ratio of 1.5. Our diet provides proportionally higher amounts of omega-6 and little omega-3, which is why it is advisable to take supplements rich in EPA and DHA.
