Evening Primrose 10% GLA + Vitamin E is a Bioceutica food supplement whose formula contains evening primrose oil with 10% GLA. Evening primrose oil helps maintain overall metabolism, contributes to (pre)menstrual comfort and helps maintain healthy skin, which is why it is a valid aid in cases of disorders related to female hormonal changes. Vitamin E helps protect cells against undesirable oxidation.
How to take
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning, with a glass of water.

Oenothera biennis, Evening Primrose (Oil) 2100 mg Gamma-linolenic acid 210 mg Vitamin E (223.3% NRV*) 40 mg Vitahess E sf PLUS (antioxidant mix rich in tocopherols) 26.80 mg *NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) established in Regulation No. 1169/2011 of 25 April 2011.
