Mitochondria are the body's energy centers. With age, the amount of coenzyme Q10 naturally present in cells decreases. Vitamins C and E support the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation, and vitamin C also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and supports the normal functioning of the immune system.
How to take
Take 1 capsule a day at breakfast with a little water or fruit juice.
