How to take

Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. People with kidney failure should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day, due to the risk of hyperoxaluria, among others. Warning: keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended doses. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
