RELAXATION AND SLEEP

1 to 2 tablets per day. Take at night ½ to 1 hour before going to bed with a little water or tea.

Valeriana officinalis extr. bio (0.05-0.1% valerenic acids) 500 mg; Passiflora incarnata extr. bio (>3.5% flavonoids) 400 mg; Eschscholzia californica extr. bio (5/1) 300 mg.

Warnings

It should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25ºC), dry place and away from light.
