How to take

25ml per day, diluted in 1 liter of water, taken throughout the day.
You can also dilute 25 ml in a glass of water and drink it in the morning, followed by drinking plenty of water or other sugar-free liquids throughout the day. In the initial “attack” phase, during the first 10 days, this dose can be doubled to 50 ml/day. These draining products contain polyols. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
