Description

Grapefruit oil soothes and invigorates the mind. Applied as a massage, it purifies the skin and reduces the “orange peel” effect. How to use

Oral route: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea.

Via question: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or depending on the size of the room.
