Plant-based nutritional supplement. Vision Ok contains zinc and fish oil with a 70% content of omega-3 DHA fatty acids, which contribute to maintaining normal vision. This action is enhanced by the addition of natural beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Vitamins C and E help protect cells against undesirable oxidation. It also contains blueberry extract, with 36% anthocyanins that help blood circulation in the eyes, and lutein. (* The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg of DHA.)
How to take
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day during meals with a little water.
