Properties

Nutrient-based food supplement. Strong vitamin D3 helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, and has a positive effect on the immune system. Our body produces vitamin D3, but this production may be insufficient in certain circumstances, such as during the darker months of the year. Vitamin D3 supplementation is therefore often recommended for children (from 3 years old) or adults (especially the elderly) and for pregnant women or women in transition.

How to take

Adults and children over 3 years: 1 capsule per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Take during meals with a little water.
